This website captures most of my interests, in same way or another. Mostly
it is technical with statistical or data science applications. My research
interest,
applications of statistics,
is now predominately in multicriteria decision making. Optimisation and
simulation are always intriguing topics to me as well as anything
software engineering related. I have recently finished writing an MSc
dissertation about MCDA applied to antique silver objects. This hints to
some of my other interests which are prints before photography, opera and
orchestral music. My moniker internet wide is 'Arab in Black' by my
favourite South African artist: Irma Stern.
